This Week in 3rd Grade:
Reading: We will be working on our on book titled Dear 3rd Grade Diary. Students will be working on their pages, editing, rewriting, and illustrating. Order forms will be sent home this week. If everyone purchases a book, we will receive a free book for our school library. No vocabulary this week. However we will still have some short reading comprehension tests on Tuesday, April 15, 2017.
Spelling: Days of the week and Months of the year. Spelling test on Thursday, April 16, 2017. Please study the following words: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, January, February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November, December
Language: Punctuation, Capitalization, and grammar. Grammar test on Wednesday, April 15, 2017. Please use study guide that will be sent home on Monday to help prepare for the test.
Math: Fractions. Unit 9 test on Thursday, April 16, 2017.
